02 Nov Shanghai Art Fair 2018
Artemis Art adds Shanghai Art Fair 2018 as one of the art fairs we are taking part in this year. In collaboration with Vin Gallery, based in Ho Chih Minh City in Vietnam, we featured works by Dedy Sufriadi and Yohei Yama, with additional works by Vietnamese artist Nguyen Thi Chau Giang. The art fair takes place at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, and Artemis Art will be at booth A07.
The art fair commences with a VIP preview beginning at 5pm on November 7 2018, and continues with public days for the art fair from November 8 to 11, 2018. This marks Artemis Art’s debut participation in this long-running art fair, in its 22nd edition this year. Our previous art event participation in Shanghai was in 2016 when we participated in that year’s edition of AArt Citizen Art Fair.
Shanghai Art Fair 2018 is one of the art fairs during this very busy period in the city, with Art 021 Shanghai Contemporary Art Fair and West Bund Art & Design taking place during the same period. Shanghai is fast becoming an important art destination, with hopes of rivaling the likes of Hong Kong in the years to come.
A preview of the works exhibited from the three participating artists – Dedy Sufriadi, Nguyen Thi Chau Giang, and Yohei Yama – have been included below, arranged alphabetically according to the participating artist first name. This marks the first time Artemis Art is collaborating with Vin Gallery from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, a gallery we’ve been acquainted with for a number of years.
