Yogyakarta-based I Putu Adi Suanjaya “Kencut” is a young Bali-born artist whose artworks depict objects resembling cloth toys and other soft and fluffy materials. He has been an active visual artist since graduating in 2012 from the prestigious Institut Seni Indonesia in Yogyakarta, and was one of the finalists in the 2016 edition of the Indonesia UOB Painting of the Year competition. Kencut was one of the participating artists in Artemis Art’s group exhibition Vice Versa 2.0 back in 2019.
